Lately California is on my mind, and I miss it terribly. I miss the weather, my family, good friends, breakfast burritos, frozen yogurt, watching Rick surf, laying out, playing on the beach, the boardwalk, road trips, the sea breeze, and for some reason today- The Pink Umbrella Man. I don't even know if he can still be found slowly strolling the streets of downtown Santa Cruz, but I hope so. I plan on finding him when I take my trip to the golden state this May.

That is such a great picture of the umbrella man!! When me and Anna went to the park yesterday, she was walking like him, and I was frustrated until I likened her to the umbrella man.. and then I found patience :) California misses you!
